Well,

It's the new year and I've been thinking about becoming a member of the Mini 5280 Denver... but I haven't seen much activity going on the last couple months. Does anyone know if the events will start to pick up again as the season warms up?

Do other members get together and create smaller rides/events of their own?

Just wondering what the club is all about since I haven't seen much activity (maybe because I'm not a member and don't have full access to the site?)

Yes; and it's usually very easy to rope-in others who want to get out and have a good time.
Several locals have dinner nights, monthly / bi-weekly meet-n-greets, etc.

If you have ideas for rides or get togethers, feel free to share them here and plan something. Some will go on rides in the cold weather and some won't (like me! ).

Next club meeting is Tues Jan 11 at the Cheeky Monk in Westminster.
I am club secretary and can get you signed up if you attend with dues.

Jan 8 - Meeting for anyone wanting to volunteer with MINIs in the Mountains

Jan 8 - "BOOT GATE" party with MINI of Loveland at the Colorado Eagles Hockey Game. Free tickets if you contact MINI of Loveland.

Usually, activities are posted on these forums.
