which Mini dealer in California offeres best deal on JCW Aero Kit?

I asked my dealer for price of JCW aero Kit installed, and I got quoted for $3500. unbelievable.

Since I have a friend who owns a body shop, I think I may be able to install the JCW aero Kit on my own.
Does anyone know a dealer who would offer 20% off MSRP on JCW aero Kit?
(I just dont think I will be able to get that deal from my dealer anyway..)

Dunno who has the best deal, but if you are handy enough to change a tire or change your oil than you can manage to install this kit. If your buddy can give you a deal on painting then you'd be in great shape!
