Electrical battery light?

battery light?
got one here, has anyone had this issue got a 05 cooper non s and when you are at idle everything is fine, but once you are moving about 20 mph the battery light comes on. once you release the pedal the light goes off.
had the car check and had the alternator replaced but it still does the same thing.
