What iPods will charge with the MINI iPod interface?

I have a 2007 R56 with the MINI iPod Interface. I just bought a new G6 iPod Nano and it wont charge with my MINI iPod interface. Im looking for what models will charge so I can find a used one. Any one know if the iPod classic will work?

iPod Nano G2: works
iPod Nano G3: ???
iPod Nano G4: does not work
iPod Nano G6: does not work

iPod Classic G6: (80/160G) ???
iPod Classic G6: rev1 (120G) ???
iPod Classic G6: rev2 (160G) ???

Your dealer can get you an updated cable that will charge your 6th Generation iPod. Just a heads up.

My Classic iPod (30Meg type) charges in my 09 Mini using the Mini supplied "Y" cable.

Will it also work with the older iPods? I want a new nano, but still be able to use my old nano.

Any idea on cost and whether they need to install it or can I install it myself?
