Road trippin'

Going from Houston to Oklahoma city next Friday. First trip longer than 4 hours in the mini. Any good roads worth getting off the interstate on the way? (preferably twisty)

I'll me making the trip by myself any advise.

When I go from HOU to OKC I generally jump on I-45 to DAL then I-35 and put the pedal to the metal. I suppose you could have a little fun on the interchanges or get off and terrorize the Woodlands or some other urban center. There are scads of FM and county roads but other than that I don't remember any real "twisties" in east Texas or Okieland.
