A Shoutout to MINI of the Main Line in Philly!

Earlier this week I ran my MINI for two days at New Jersey Motorsports Park. On day two I had a brake problem and couldn't drive it back to NY. I had to be towed to the nearest MINI dealer, MINI of the Main Line in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

I asked them to just get me back on the road safely and as cheap as possible, and told them I would do any additional work later.

Some MINI dealers would balk at that kind of request and soak me or, worse, not even touch MINi brakes with aftermarket pads and rotors. But MML fixed me up, and even gave me an old rotor with a few miles left on it that they had in the shop so I wouldn't have to buy a new OEM rotor that I just would have replaced as soon as I got home.

Thanks Ed!

Any details? What happened? Rotor cracked? Pad disintegrated? What?
Glad they helped you out!
