mObridge and Audison BitOne?

Anyone have any experience with the mObridge and Audison BitOne to integrate/add external amps to the factory head unit? It doesn't appear to be the least costly, but it seems like it would eliminate the need for the analog line out converter speaker splice. I'm also wondering how it would affect the 100Hz cutoff to the rear speakers (standard Boost stereo). If I could retain the f/r fade from the stock head unit and maintain full spectrum sound, it might be worth it. The mObridge appears to tie directly into the MOST fiber system of the R56 / R57 and would feed the Bit One via Toslink out.

Basically, I'm looking the best/cleanest way to add the following to the factory system:
Amp: JL Audio HD900/5
Front: Focal 165 V30
Rear: Focal 165CVX
Sub: JL Audio 12W6V2
Sub Enclosure: UrbanMINI whenever it is available for the R57

Thanks in advance.

Awesome find! Little pricey.

Getting a dealer to reconfigure the radio module will be tough as this would not be a standard retrofit that would appear in the ISTA/P. It could be done with NCS Expert, however. You would probably end up having to reprogram it yourself.

I saw the entry for the Logic7 but when I enabled it, nothing happened, but that maybe normal.

Also, with NCS you could get rid of the 100Hz cuttoff that the head unit internal amp delivers. You would probably would not have to turn that off if you could get the MOST bus preamps to work.

I checking into this before and I think the optical out is only for accessories for the radio like the changer sat etc.
Does not work for the amplifier only analog out for it

I would love to be wrong on this.

There was a piece I was considering that was like those two parts mentioned I was looking at. it was a little higher end than both and it has better specs and price tag to go with it. Can't remember the name off the top of my head

Oh okay I see how the two connect via Toslink. The Audision would take the SPDIF out of the mobridge.

If you wanted to, the easiest way to go would be to just get the Audision Bit One. It would elimate the 100Hz cutoff anyway in the speaker level inputs since it says it mixes all of the signals together.

According to the specs, the mobridge is to take the audio coming from your head unit in the digital form on the MOST bus, including gongs, bluetooth, radio, etc and feed it out to a Optical SPDIF.

So anyone considering the mObridge call them first .
The mini does not have optical out for the amp signal so this piece is useless .
They state it works for this the mini on the website but this is incorrect.

Get a jbl ms-8. If you want a great interface piece.
