I didnt notice anything too troubling (did have everything brought in on) on my MINI when i brought it in mostly out of fears i've read here.

Rasmussen MINI here in portland oregon Rocks! The Service advisor Josh is great, very personable and down to earth! This is what we want as MINI owners any other people that have had the same enjoyable experience at Rasmussen, particularly from Josh!

Everything i asked was addressed!

I see so many horrible service threads, I just wanna give a shoutout to Rasmussen and say thanks to Josh. As MINI owners we need to not only show the bad but also reward the good as to keep it good!!!

 

Subliminal: Great job, I think we all could take a lesson from you. It seems like we are quick to grumble when things are less than we expect, but rarely do we give a shout out like you have. I have also had great service from my local MINI dealer, Desert MINI of Las Vegas. I would like to give John in service and the other folks at Desert MINI a thanks from a happy customer. Perhaps we should balance the grumbling on this forum with some acknowledgment of great service when we get it.

 

This is probably just as valuable as the commentaries on poor service... knowing which dealerships/vendors/whatever folks have had a good experience with is always a good thing for other owners to know about.

I like their CA's down there - not their pricing. Good service is less impressive when the pricing is MSRP (or 250 off for Costco).

Friendly though, all nice people for sure.

 

Rasmussen MINI is Top Notch for sure!! Ann, Larry, Amy and Niko are the Best of the Best when it comes to Sales and Service. Thanks to them for taking such good care of Molly, they truly know how much she means to me!!
