FS: My Towing and Repossession Company

Due to my Fiancés new job offer, and after discussing her future with the new company, we must relocate in the next few weeks. I have opened a Towing and Repossession business last summer and have established a great reputation, customer service, and a great base of clientele including roadside assistance programs, local used car dealerships, auto finance institutions, local repair shops, transports between NJ and PA auto auctions, private property impounds, and also a steady stream of referrals. We work on a 24 hour basis covering tows and transports during the day and repossession work by night. For our Motor Club towing we provide services in the Mercer County, and Bucks County area which would have expanded if I were to stay in business here and purchase additional tow trucks. I am looking for someone dedicated and motivated who would be willing to buy my company and take over operations. I have spent roughly $15,000 getting everything put together and operational. Due to my time constraints, I am willing to sell for $10,000. Unfortunately the only item not included in the price would be a tow truck and a storage yard. I am taking my tow truck out of state to setup my company there. I could close up shop and part with my clients but due to the amount of business I receive from them I feel as though it would make more sense to keep the business operational. Also considering the fact the mutual exchange of business between the company here in NJ and my new company out of state. My roadside providers cover the entire nation and my banks that assign us repossession work also finance throughout the country which would make for a great business relationship and room for expansion. If and when I were to sell my company here in NJ, I would like to include myself to help grow and expand and also to help the new owner with any issues or questions that may arise. I still have family here and will be flying back every so often.

What is included:
1. PO Box Address paid for until July 2011 (All checks are mailed to this PO Box)
2. Company Website (Hosted by godaddy.com)**
3. Reposystems.com (Web based software to keep track of repossessions, repossession orders, billing and invoicing)**
4. RDN (Another Web Based program which all financial institutions are subscribed to, so all repossession work gets sent here.)**
5. Client lists and contact information
6. Private Party Impounds
7. All documentation created for the company (Word Docs, Logos, Invoices, Etc.)
8. All associated fee schedules
9. Assistance from me personally anytime needed, whether its conference call or flying back to help.
**These are monthly services that require a fee, I beleive I spend around $200.00 a month for these services.

What you will need:
1. A tow truck, I recommend a self loading repo truck with controls in cab.
2. A storage yard for car storage.

Current Average Take-in:
- Roadside assistance, Transport, Local Tows:
$2,030.00 Per Week
- Repossession work:
$1,715.00 Per Week
- Other (Cash Calls, storage fees, Etc.)
$1,500.00

Average Monthly: $20,980.00
