Rain!

Four week old 2010 convertible. We had a wicked rain storm in Ct.this weekend.
The next day, I got in the Mini and found a pool of water in the passenger foot well. Can't tell where it came from. Everything was closed up tight.
Any thoughts? I really like my Mini, Horizon blue, black top, everything but nav. Having lots of fun. Just don't want water in it.

Welcome to the forum, obviously you have a leak the question is where and why. Good luck in finding the answer.

I have seen the front seals where the roof closes leak... May just need an adjustment. Sometimes door seals leak too

That is unusual. These are very tight convertibles and I have been in very heavy rain without a drop. Something is clearly out of wack. Do you have high wind noise when the top is up? Good luck!

Went to the dealer. They found that the air conditioner drain hose was crimped causing water to drain in the footwell. They fixed it and all is well. The Mini made it through hurricane Earl without a drop.
Thank you all!
