Hello everyone, new to the Cooper and to the forum. I have a 2003 S . None of the controls (cruise and stereo) on the steering wheel work. The horn also does not work. It has been this way since I bought this car about 3 months ago. The ABS light has also been lit. Can anyone give me some advice on what the problem may be...one person told me that the clockspring on the steering wheel may be bad. I did check the fuse on the horn and it is 0.k

Also, what kind of gas mileage should I be getting on this car...best calculated mileage has been 29mpg(much lower than computer is showing) Is this typical mileage for this car?
