Well, at least the dealer fixed their screwup on my car... part II

For those of that were read my previous posts about me taking my car into the dealership to have the waterpump replaced and the pass. door window adjusted which the dealer ended up breaking...

It took two weeks and I finally got my car back. If you followed the first thread and then the second with pics about how the glass wasn't adjusted
and some add'l damage, you'd see I wasn't happy about it (and justly so)

I took the car back yesterday to have the door readjusted. I could have done it in my own bodyshop but it's the point... I wasn't happy about it and I felt they should have fixed it.

Point of this thread... I picked up the car today and all is well. I know I pitched a fit about it and I call it like I see it but in all fairness, the dealer did take it back yesterday and gave it back to me in perfect condition.

I figured if I'm going to slam them for doing something wrong, I should at least commend them for fixing the problem.

After all the problems I've had with this dealership, I've never left bad CSI for several reasons.

First, I have a working relationship with them from my bodyshop standpoint.

Second, I have a working relationship with them as a customer. Though I feel I'm not satisfied with their work sometimes, I feel slamming them in a CSI survey won't make my next personal experience any better. And as far as any favors, you can kiss that goodbye.

Thirdly, the ones that get slammed will be the service writer mostly and the girl that is my SA is fantastic. It's not her fault and I feel leaving bad CSI hurts her more than it helps me.

So, just wanted ya'll to know they did fix the car and should be commended for it.

That's all.

Thanks Chad. Though they gave me a loaner (interchange yellow convertible) I was soooo relieved to be back in my car. Though I think the interchange yellow is a cool color, it's definitely not what I'd like on my car.
