Max amplifier size for stock electrical system

Without upgrading anything with the MC electrical system, does anyone know what the largest current draw that can be used for an aftermarket sound system is? Mine is a 2002 MC which I am told has a 120A alternator. I would like to put in a JL Audio XD600/6 (600 watts class D full range with 50A fuse, no maximum current draw mentioned in the manual) and a JBL MS-8 (25A fuse, but I think most of that is for the internal amplifier which I won't be using). It looks like several people have put in larger setups, although I would like to be cautious as to make sure not to reduce the life of the alternator with excessive current draw.

You should be fine. I have 2000 watts RMS and it is fine. I do have a 5 farad cap. If you are worried about it just use a cap.

That doesn't seem like that much of a serious draw, I remeber somewhere that it takes a 120% of the alternators output to start causing damage. I imagine they made the alt for 120 but the max the car could consume with every option on is probably only 75% of it's max.
