Hi all! I am considering selling my 2002 MCS for $19,000 firm. I am selling since my company is shipping me off to Denmark for two years within the next six months…I have every intention of returning and purchasing a new Mini. Ok here are the details:

2002 MCS Dark Silver, White roof and White bonnet stripes
22,000 miles (mainly highway)
Gray Leatherette interior
16” run-flats with lots of tread left (recently replaced)
Recent alignment
Dealer changed oil every 5,000 miles
Premium package
Break-in period closely followed

Located in Charlotte NC 28209

And the honest seller bit:

This car initially had a few rattles in the dash and sunroof. I cannot stand rattles so I hounded the hell out of my dealer until they were all fixed….now she has been rattle free for 6 months now…even in cold weather. :smile:

Also the main serpentine belt was replaced at 12,000 because it squeaked when it was wet. The dealer says it was a faulty belt. There have been no problems since.

I HAD the stumble…it is gone. No signs of it for many months now

And of course there is still about 30,000 miles left on the warrantee so there is lots of time to fix anything that may come up.

You will have a wonderful time i Denmark. Why dont you have it shipped over there, about $1,000 and it is a perfect car for Europe it should be a blast.
I am danish and now living in Florida and visit home every two years. I wanted to buy A cooper S i Copenhagen but no European delivery plan available yet.
I have a dark silver & white roof on order since before xmas and hope to see it around March 1.
You would not by chance work for Velux?
