Mini Of Hawaii
Mini of Hawaii took good care of me today. I had to bring my car in to have the radio changed out because there are some dead pixels on the display. While I was being checked in the service advisor (Jenny) asked me if I had any other concerns. I said actually I do have a few. I told her that my sunroof was noisy, there was a horrible rattle coming from the boot, and the scoop was starting to melt. She called a tech to go on a test drive with me to verify my noise concerns. He spent a good 30 minutes riding with me chasing the boot rattle and then decided that the perimeter seal for the sunroof was shot. They fixed the rattle, they changed the perimeter seal, and they decided to give me a carbon fiber scoop to replace my melted stock scoop. That was the icing on the cake by the way. Not a big fan of carbon fiber bonnets but being that my car has a black roof, the black cf scoop looks great. I may even splurge for the cf mirror caps.
My initial experience with part of the sales team at Mini of Hawaii sucked. The svc department seems determined to make me a happy customer.
Thank you Mini of Hawaii Service Department!
