Coolant flush and serpentine belt replacement

Typically, at what mileage do these services need to be performed?

Depends on who you ask...

The coolant is good for a couple years. I don't buy the "lifetime" rating. I go for a year or two between flushes.

I do the belt each year (or did when the car was getting a lot more mileage). there are a couple reasons: everything is driven off the belt. Loose it and you are hosed! Another is if you have an S, when the belts get older, they slip at high RPM. They are cheap and easy to swap.

Where is a good place to get a belt? I have 127k on my MCS 03 and running on original belts. Know of a "how to forum" for this as well?

Thanks.
