A full report is not free, so someone would have had a need to purchase the service if they were searching far and wide for a new or used MINI. I have heard Car Fax and NADA can have different items on the report. Usually, it's just a minor item. A red flag like totalled should show up on any report you get.

yeah i just wanted to see if it got in any accidents or anything.....i also wanted to see what options the car was purchased with from the mini dealer

Actually, if you are in the market to buy and want the basics, I think your auto insurance company can find out an accident history. As for options, you should be able to contact your MINI dealer to find out (perhaps MINI USA?). Telling you what options it has should not be considered confidential.
