So I was just told that my MINI will only work if I purchase the top tier radio package. I had tried to activate my radio with the 'Just Music' package but it wouldn't take But when they had changed my radio to the highest costing plan per month it starts working. How can this be? Why would my sat radio not work with any package besides the everything+ package? Is this the case for everyone else ?

 

Sounds like crap to me but when I bought my car recently the previous owner had the factory sat radio activated for about 4 days after I bought it and it had all the channels on it, its an 06, so maybe this is true, if so then its BS and I won't activate sat radio for sure.

 

I just activated with just the music package - although it took me 3 days and 5 attempts to activate it finally worked on a 2004 MC
