BSH is pleased to announce that it is currently in development of two new mainstream parts for the R56 Mini Cooper. Development opportunity has been recognized in both intake and charge piping categories.


Both of these parts are widely used. We feel that by utilizing our in house manufacturing capability we can bring to market production units that compete in performance, functionality, fitment, price, appearance, and overall product completeness.

Huge progress over the last few weeks. Now that the products are moving from ugly prototypes to gorgeous production pieces pictures are getting ready to fly!

We have completely finished our intercooler piping kit which fits extremely well in the space allowed and integrates "Sound Pipe" use and delete with a VERY clean CNC machined solution. It also integrates an Alcohol Injection port (and of course a clean block off for it if not used).

Phase 1 of our intake is also complete. A smooth flowing replacement pipe that replaces the factory corrugated rubber hose that is 100% compatible with the stock airbox. Phase 2 is nearing completion which includes our hi flowing (supports over 500 whp) air filter system and piping along with a proper heat shield.
