AUX turning off on stock R52
07 MCS-C with stock HK unit
I am running my sirius radio and MP3 player through the aux port located in the glove box. The AUX is turning itself off and the radio is switching to FM automatically. This seems to be getting more frequent. When you use the selector button, you can toggle between CD and Radio, but not AUX now. Where should I start troubleshooting this first??

It is a common problem, for example: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...es-05-mcs.html
It that can be fixed with a ground loop isolator like this: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_127SNI1...r.html?tp=2653. Something similar can be purchased at Best Buy, Radio Shack, or eBay.

OK then, GLI for 3.5 ordered from Ebay for less than $10. We will see how well it works! Perhaps this is the exact same issue why the Sirius won't work on the AUX input on my 91 Acura Legend Bose system! Will have to try it on both.
