Help me make it a two-MINI family
Help me make it a two-MINI family
Need a little help here everybody- I'm trying to convince my wife to take a serious look at the following car:
http://www.lompochonda.com/ou/lompoc...ICooper/P1541A
This is a direct dealer link- we found it on Autotrader. She's been wanting a Silk Green for a while now, this one is a real match for my British Racing Green one which is what she wants. It's got holey wheels, a white roof and it's Silk Green, but she's not sure she could live with the interior- I happen to think it's boss and she should spring for this unique car if she can get the price down a bit (considering the mileage, this shouldn't be hard).
Anybody in the Lompoc area want to go check it out for us? Not a real inspection, we just want a few questions answered.
Thanks-
Val

Sorry I'm not in your area, but that is a pretty awesome color for sure! I don't know too much about R53 MINI's, but that seems like a pretty fair price to me. If they could knock it down to 9 even and it didn't have any mechanical issues I'd say go for it. Now, being one half of a two-MINI family myself, I have to say there's definitely nothing better than modding your MINIs and talking to your significant other about what mod you're going to do next. Or simply riding around and yelling, "BRG R53 Justa!" and pointing like a mad person.
In any case, it's nice to hear that she wants a MINI and knows what she wants. That's a great sign.

I saw it, really nice outside color but the interior wasn't something I would like, if she doesn't have to have green there's a red, white, and a blue one at Santa Maria BMW, the Red is an 03 with 70k miles for $10k I think. I don't go to Lompoc much but if I happen to I can test drive it for you
