Anyone here ever take their MINI to Bandimere on Wednesday nights for CSPs Take It To The Track? Season starts next week April 21st, and goes on every Wednesday through October.

I personally plan to take my car up there a few times this year, and wondered if anyone else in 5280 goes up or plans to go.

 

Plan a event for the club.

Hmmm...I'll see what I can come up with in the way of "free" admissions...

 

I went in Oct 2008, get there EARLY!!!! The sooner you go the shorter the waits are, once everyone is off of work the line for another heat starts to get long. Otherwise great fun, cheap track time (but no corners ) I like to think of them as cheap dynos as they're easy reference points

It's a good time, I saw another MINI there never got to the driver to chat though; MINI was well respected by most of the car guys, I got to smoke a Crown Vic and beat out a V8 Hemi powered CSP Charger. Laugh at the H2 one PD brought and see some top racers get some practice in.
