This is strange: somehow my windows went "auto-up" on me this morning. It's not supposed to do this in the cabrio, and I don't have any aftermarket auto up mods installed on her. It only did it once, and I wasn't able to get it to do it again. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this?

 

My 05 has the auto-up windows. I believe all MINI Cabrios have that feature.

If you drop the windows & open the top, keep holding the "open" button down after the top has finished, the windows will go up.

If you use the key fob to drop the top & windows, keep holding the button down after the top has retracted & the windows go back up.

Also if you hold you key in the driver's door, in the locked position, your top will go up & all your windows will close...and the doors lock.
