I am about to order a set. But I was told by tire rack that with anything wider with 205/45/r17s I will have rubbing issues. Does anyone have these in 215/45/r17s? If so, do you have rubbing issues? They are a +37 offset. Would it be safe to run 215/45/r17s with this offset. I am trying to order them so that I can have them before next weekend.

Well with no response and the few references I went ahead and got the 215s. I should be good but they won't ship for a couple of days so if someone has any advice I can change tire size before then.

With a 37 offset wheel on 215/45-17 you will rub the wheel arches & fender liner during hard cornering and on big bumps, though since you're not lowered [with coilovers] the rubbing will probably be minimal. The 215/40-17 would've been a better choice if you wanted to run a wider-than-stock tire.

Already took care of it this morning. I tried to call you Alex but, your extension sent me to the customer service rep. Also I have to wait until the hubcentric rings make it from Italy before I get my wheels. So, sometime around 2 to 3 weeks from now.
