The problem started Wednesday evening. The boot unlock button on my keyfob wouldn't work, but I figured it was time to use the other keyfob.

On the way home, the boot kept opening on its own. The dash warning light would come on, so I'd pull over and check bonnet/boot. The boot was ajar.

Happened 2 more times before I got home. Thankfully it wasn't raining!

Yesterday I couldn't even open the boot via the handle! I had to pull up the rear seat bottom and use the emergency pull to get it to open.

Any suggestions? I'm hoping this is a quick & easy DIY repair...
