Cades Cove Drive Cancelled Due to Road Work
Just found this Article Here. The Cades Cove drive is now cancelled due to the road being under construction during that time.

FYI....in case anyone wants to visit Cades Cove....Looks like the road work is ahead of schedule and it will re-open on April 24th.
