no ac and ps!

How hard would it be to make my car run and handle well without power steering and a/c?

I don't think it's hard at all. You aren't asking about what it would cost, so with no limit to any amount of money, you can do almost anything you'd want to any type of car. I'd take the car to one of those mechanics that will totally take your car apart for you. You can have them rebuild your car with the engine you want, steering motor you want, all wheel steering, etc... Really, anything you want can be done.

I've found when I'm paying for something, it's not hard for me to do at all.
I just have to write the check! and that's easy!
Who it's hard for is the guy doing the work for me!

BTW, when I turn off the AC, it still handles and runs the same. I'm not sure the AC effects how it runs or handles. I tried it twice this past week!

I would think you could just pull the fuses for those motors.
I may try that for the AC, it feels like it's always on.

Easy! Just stick a stick into the PS fan on the bottom of the car. All the right fuses will blow out by themselves. AC, PS, Cooling Fan and whatnot! LOL
