Looking for a D-I-Y Guide for Replacing Shocks

I'm about to replace the shocks on my '02 Cooper. I'm thinking I can probably figure it out, but would have more confidence if I could refer to a step-by-step guide that some Mini-er had prepared. Did a search, but couldn't find anything. If you know of such a guide, could you provide a link please. Thanks.

Thanks. That's perfect.

For the benefit of future generations, I also came across this one:

I have done this DIY before, I will hire someone in the future. It is a PITA, you will need a spring compressing tool, such safer.
