Navigation & Audio Difficulty pairing Motorola h500

Difficulty pairing Motorola h500
I'm attempting to pair my father-in-laws Motorola H500 with his R56. It won't pick up the car and the car won't pick up the phone.
I have it in discoverable.
Any help is appreciated.

I believe the Moterola H500 is a Bluetooth headset not a telephone. You can link your Bluetooth phone to either the MINI or the headset, or maybe both at the same time, but I don't know what the MINI and the headset would have to share.
I just figured out its a slvr. That is all for now.
