Because I live in Central Texas where it can get very hot, in addition to getting the side and back windows tinted, I had also been planning on getting very dark metallic tinting put on the underside of both sunroof panels -- UNTIL, my MA said DON'T do it because, he says, tinting the sunroof from the inside could cause it to break.

Has anyone ever heard of this happening? I've read lots of threads where people have been putting additional tinting inside their sunroofs to cut down on the heat transmission. I'd like to hear feedback from anyone who's done this, especially if it caused any breakage problems.
