We use to carry them, but with the exchange rate the catback alone was almost $1000 and didn't come with any clamps. Also the pipes are only 2 1/8inch. Our dyno testing showed no HP gain. I will say that the fit of the system was great though.

Yes it does, thanks.

Is there any way around having to cut downstream from the cat? This is going to be a DS autocross car. It's my first MINI so I am not really familiar with what's underneath it. My Subaru just had a doughnut attachment for the catback.

No power gains? I thought "customers have reported up to 35 bhp"

I'm looking for a cat back that either bolts directly up, or has a very smooth clamp like attachment. I would rather not weld it since the inside tends to be mangled up and would disrupt flow. Any help?

well, i actually used quicksilver cat back combined with alta downpipe tbh the result is awesome after this combination i've sold it and rerolled to alta turboback and honestly i can advice you quicksilver cause the sound and the performance is much better than alta and i really regret for rerolling to alta...
