Ouch.... I was going to make blacked headlight ring... when I tried to pull it, I lost the one plastic part. I have attached image you will know what I am talking about it.

If I buy number 5, it will be including all plastics part too? or should I ask dealership to get only the plastic part?

You probably don't "need" all the clips. I'd try putting it back on, and seeing how it holds on.
