Does anyone have any suggestions for good service/repair shops in the Des Moines, Iowa area. I have a base 2004 MINI Cooper, out of warranty and am looking for a local shop.

The nearest dealer is Omaha, over 2 hrs away.

Hi Ron! While our club mostly hails from the eastern half of IA, there is a Yahoo! message group called MINICooperIowa with quite a few Des Moines area participants. They're likely a good resource for service in your area.
