OUESTION ABOUT 03 MINI S

I just purchased my Mini Cooper S Used. I see posts about enableing different accessories suck as lights and etc.
where do I find out how to turn this stuff on?

Dealer enables and disables with a special computer. Not cheap. The options are in the manual.

I went in to my dealer with a list of what I wanted on and off on my '03, they charged me $20 to do it all, just FYI.......
