I had a similar post about this but people seem to not be answering the question but talking about related issue.

1. I bought the new car today.
2. I bought the optional 6 year maintenance plan
3. Question- Can I get a full refund of the 6 year maintenance plan? In other word is there a cooling period for CA on this? Is it 2 days or ???

 

I don't mean to sound rude, but you don't have to make a new thread every 2 minutes about the same issue. Keep everything in one thread and ask your new questions in that thread. It helps keep the forum organized and easier for you to get answers.

And you might want to try to call your dealer first thing tomorrow, as many people on this forum have not gone through this and can't give you a definite answer. And even if you don't get your money back, you still purchased a great car and at least you'll know you won't have to worry about the maintenance for 6 years. Good luck.

 

You are right. I was just very stressed.

And if I can't get the maintenance plan refunded, I would definitely enjoy the car.

I coudln't sleep last nite because of all the excitement of a new mini and other things on my mind.

 

BTW posts #5, #6, #7, #9 all tell you that you CAN cancel it. And you replied in between posts 7 and 9. AND all of these posts were before you started this one.
