Removing Air Inlet Tube?

Anybody know how to remove the air box inlet tube. Can't see any kind of clamp/fastener at either end. Plan to wrap it with thermo-insulating tape to reduce air intake temps and want the job to look and work good. Trying to make a poor man's COAI (Cold Outside Air Intake). The M7 Ram2 scoop I just put on lowered intake air temps by 60-70% in stop & slow traffic! Going after those last percentage points. So far, all I've done is the scoop and Alta's High Performance panel filter. So far, so good. Thanks for any help.

Just turn it 90 degrees -- it will then pull out.
