When Laurie Abrams (aka MINIQUEEN here on the site) was the manager there it was one of the best dealerships in the country and many people here on the site purchased their cars from her. Unfortunately she left the dealership a month or so ago and I've heard nothing from the dealership since. Be sure to look at the Dealer Rating System for reviews of the dealership and add a review of your own after interacting with the new management there.

I only live about 5 minutes from Westchester MINI, but ended up at Prestige in Mahwah, NJ, as I had a terrible experience when I went there. My experience at Prestige was great! Moreover, they have alot event events for customers such as an upcoming Halloween rally. I did deal with Lori after my purchase & she was very good. I am not too sure how they are now since she left.

 

It seems they've had quite a shakeup over there, as many people have left for whatever reasons: Miniqueen, Ants, and Peter. My experiences have been pretty positive. They're a pretty laid back bunch and very pleasant. They are also one of only 2 BMW-owned dealerships in the country, or so I was told a few months back. So, don't expect many "freebies", but you don't have to expect any "costly surprises" or dealer markups upon delivery - just straightforward sales.
