I would like to know how to remove the OEM center arm rest on a 2008 Clubman S? I have purchased an Ultimate Arm Rest from Minimania. It came with three screws but can't figure out how to remove the factory one first. Can I get a little help Please.

 

three screws in the rear cup holder. Remove the single screw to reveal two others.
