Does anyone know of anywhere that sells the best matching orange/amber lights to match our interior lights? I don't really want individual LEDs that I'd have to wire up, I'd rather get a couple led tubes or cathodes, I want one under each side on the dash, out of sight, but just a glow of orange under the dash. Also, I'd like a couple for inside my box, so I can flip a switch and the port on my box would glow amber, I think at night it would look nice. Has anyone added any orange lights to the interior, if so, where did you get them?

 

oznium.com has the closest match that I have seen. The prewired leds match, I would not go with cathodes since the can break. They also sell led strips, that is your best bet for the foot wells. I have a blue and orange interior lights and the orange is dead on.

I have the singles, I got one for under the console but did not like so much light. They were good matches. As for photos, no I have none.

 

Has anyone changed their dashlights from orange to something else like red or blue? If so, how did you do it, what lights did you get and where did you get them?

Did you buy the 5mm or 3mm singles? You think 3 single leds under the drivers side and 3 single leds under the pass side will light up the footwells pretty good?

How did you wire them up to a switch?

To the other guy- yes its been done, I believe u have to change out each led. There's pics here or on MU I think.
