Help! Airbag light on after changing wheels

Hi all, so after ditching the run flat tyres, changing my wheels and tires, the car drove so much better and handling had improve a lot but immediately after that was done, my airbag light illuminated on the speedometer. Has anyone experienced this? How do i go about getting the light to switch off?

sorry i was not sure what section to post it in, as it is electrical but the fault i experienced happened after changing the wheels, so i posted it there too.

Are you sure its the airbag, and not the Tire Pressure Monitor System light?

I do not see how the Air bag light could be caused to go on from a tire change but the TPMS very well may have.

You have MUST reset the TPMS every time you do a tire rotation, change or air pressure change.

And if the shop does not know what they are doing (there are a lot out there that do not know how to change tires on TMPS equipped rims) they very well may have damaged the TPMS sensors on your rims.
