Needing MINI Corp info

I got my clutch replaced on my 02 Mini CS about a month ago, my boyfriend and I were driving around town and we noticed a banging noise, we thought it was something in the glove compartment at first but after taking everything out of the car, we soon realized it was the car itself. We were thinking it was the shocks, and after taking it to our local tire center, we found out it was the bolts holding the control arms in. The tire center said it had to of been from Mini not tightening them back down. I called mini pretty upset, since if I hadn't taken it in, it could of caused me to get into a pretty bad accident. They were very non-chalant about it and just that it wasn't in anyway their fault, I would like to contact the Mini HQ, I just don't see how they can forget to do something like that.
