How long does it usually take to arrive via email? It has been 4 days and I have not received mine. I am starting to suspect that there is some kind of fraud involved based on the fear of receiving less than a "5" (long story).

 

I typically get a call the next day.

 

Would not be the first time service advisors have been busted for filling out there own surveys.

 

Does anything bad happen to them as a result? I would hope the punishment is worse than what happens to them for receiving a bad survey from an actual customer.

 

I found out today the surveys are random so I will not necessarily receive one every time.
