I was looking at the Moss Mini catalog and noticed that of common items--those you wouldn't think are obviously unique to the MCS--many are listed as not fit for the MC.

Is there so much difference between the body and interior of the MC and MCS that most parts/add ons will not fit both??

Examples: shift boots, door pull covers, parking brake handle and boot, spark plugs, LED tail light assemblies, racing harness seat belts, etc.

 

Most items will fit both. Almost everything you mentioned will be interchangeable. The Cooper does have a different hood, front grille, gas cap, and (obviously) engine. (But the spark plugs are the same for both!)

Thanks, Dan. Other than the rather intriguing idea of your 'Sex' manual, written by a British medical professional with, ostensibly, some experience having sex in cars, what would you be thinking if I brought my MC into your shop? Any ideas for a list of mods you might have me consider?
