Got my car back.....

After having the fuel pump die last weekend on the way home from FL., I dropped my car off Monday. As many of you know, I've had a few problems with the dealership messing my car up.

I'm happy to report I got my car back today and the windshield and fuel pump got replaced with ZERO problems.

Woohooo, no problems....ahhhhhh, what a nice feeling.

And to make things even better, my Carbotechs showed up today.

What a great day.

Way to go Mark! Isn't it great when everything goes normal? Amazing when just doing a job right gets one happy! You've sure been through enough already!

I'll be in Charlotte next weekend for the boy child's graduation from Johnson & Wales. If I get time I'll try to track you down. But that's fairly unlikely........

Carbotech, did you get the set I was trying to get for Mr. U's 09 JCW?

Mark, did you get the XP10/XP8 combo?

I have a set coming for my R56 as well as a set for Mr. U's JCW.

Are you using MINI rotors?

Nice to hear you got the MINI back without blemishes. I noticed a butt dent on my bonnet I'm sure my dealer's techs put on it at my last service day.

It looks like a light PDR will take it out, shallow depression, like a wallet crease.

Enjoy, let me know what you think of the CT's. When are you putting them on the car, daily usage or next track day?

Don,

I did go with your setup. 10's up front and 8's in the rear. I did also order a set of bobcat pads for the front.

I'll leave the 8's on the back and the bobcats up front and install the 10's for track days.
