I am looking to replace my seats fake leather with some real moo cow hides and the center with suede. For right now just the seats shift boot, e brake boot and arm rests will be done. Is there anyone that has had something like this done and could tell me how much you paid for it? Or even better if you do this kind of think how much would you charge?

I don't know about the price, however, I do know from talking to the guy that did my headliner, that a lot of auto upholstery places will be hesitant to or won't even do the seats because of the break-away stitching for the airbags in the seats.

There are places online that sell seat covers that do have the break-away stitching, but I haven't ever seen examples of what the seats look like. Companies like Katzkin can offer the seat covers to be installed by a professional for about +/-$1,000.00

Anybody out there have Katzkin seats? Care to share some pictures or thoughts?

Good luck, I'll be watching this closely as I'd love to have my seats re-done in leather as well.

Did you ever pursue the new interior? I'm planning a complete interior re-do and wonder what you found out? The few quotes so far (includes all seat inserts, carpet, and wrapping most of the interior plastic in leather or vinyl) range from $3500 to just under $5k. Yikes! but I have a dream...
