Hi guys...

First please forgive me for this newbie question which I'm SURE has been asked millions of times, I've just never been able to find a difinitive
answer and also I haven't been on here in years.

SO....

I've always wanted to change my HU to something with Navigation, bluetooth, and ipod connectivity (with screen showing whats playing and album art not just the song info).

What is out there these days that will give me these things and allow me to keep my steering controls?
I know there use to be issues with keeping the steering controls but I'm no seeing anything and I've looked through three pages of posts so has that problem been licked?

I remember Alpine made a cool unit with everything I asked for above minus the navigation. So any recommendations on something with and without the nav would be greatly appreciated.

Main thing is the steering controls though.

What can I do?

P.S> I don't THINK I have the HK head unit, how do I know?

 

Crutchfield is a great place to research different HU options.

If you repeatedly press the music button on your current HU, you'll step through bass/treble/balance/etc - if you see something about the HK MODE, you have H/K; if not, you don't.
