I thought I'd share my pictures with everybody, incase a few of the MINIs I captured was one of you few hundred people there.

My camera mount was a big success. I saw lots of people with the same setup for autocross. It is just a piece of square aluminum tubing with holes drilled to mount the headrest through it. Another hole is drilled to put a bolt through to screw the camera down onto.

Enjoy, hope you find your picture even though I didn't get that many. (There are a couple more in the set I linked to. I only posted my favorites.)

p.s. I was the only one out there that I saw with a bike rack on top, so I should have stood out.

I especially like how your copilot never let go of the chicken strap. They must have been used to riding shotgun in the CJ.

 

Haha he had my wireless remote in his right hand so he had to hold on some way. You definitely pull some G's on the Dragon. How did you mount your camera for your in car pictures?

If you ever come to the east coast, you can take my MINI on the dragon. If I ever make it to the west coast, you have to take me to Laguna Seca to take pictures.

 

Nice shots ! Makes me miss the Dragon and MOTD though.
