Rear seat delete question

I am very interested in getting the kit from minimania.com. I'll put my sledgehammers on it. My question is.. Will this kit make any rattling noises with the bass? I know that the exhaust is going to be louder but I don't mind. Thanks. .

It's bolted down by 3 of the factory bolts in the rear. The front isn't held down by anything. It's thick plastic like 1/4 inch. i didn't have a system before i removed but I'd guess if you dampen it on the bottom side it would make a difference.

On a side note I'm selling mine as I need back seats for the baby.

What is the price, and do you have any pictures?
