This run was planned by Al & Dot Gordon and Pat Kaye. The run will take us through the Santa Cruz Mountains and along SR-1 on the Pacific Coast. We will be taking some of our old favorite roads, along with some new twists. The length of the run will be approximately 120 miles and take about 4 hrs. 20 minutes.

Route includes Page Mill Rd, Pescadero Rd, Pescadero Creek Rd., SR-1, and Bonny Doon Rd., going through La Honda, Felton, Boulder Creek, Big Basin Redwood State Park, and ending with lunch at the Mountain House in Redwood City at 1:15 pm.

Update! Update !!!!
Redwood Empire Mini Enthusiasts will be hosting this years Santa Cruz Mountain run on Saturday, April 25, 2009. The run will start at 10:00 am (NOT 9:00 am as listed). Also the starting spot will be the 76 Gas Station (NOT a Chevron ot Texaco) but same address.
Al & Dot Gordon have planned this run along with some BIG help from Pat Kaye. Looks like we will have a lot of new twists on this run and many of our old favorites.
We will end the run with lunch at the Mountain House in Redwood City at 2-2:30 pm. They will be setting up lunch "exclusively" for us if we get 32 or more for lunch, So please sign up on the REME website RSVP calendar so we can keep track of the head count.
This will give us "die-hards" enough time to head for Chico after the run to make the Chico British Car Show on Sunday, April 26.
Speaking of Car Shows!!!! Don't forget to register for the REME Wine Country British & European Car Show we are hosting for August 23, 2009. There is a special webpage devoted to this event.
Please help support the efforts of our members who have taken time to plan and set up these runs and events by signing up early so we know how many to plan for.
Happy Easter to you all... and keep the rubber side down.

Hi Casey/Monique,
If you are members of REME and are signed up on the REME MegaBBS, email me and let me know. I'll tell you how to upload into the -REME Events- Gallery. If not members, join.

Its free to join Redwood Empire Mini Enthusiasts and free to participate in our forums like our events. We now have over 570 registered member cars and nearly 1000 members from across Northern & Central California and the Pacific Northwest. We generally get between 20-50 cars on most of our publicized events.

I am glad you made the run. I was unable to attend since I was having a new clear bra installed on my car Saturday so I would be ready for the drive to Chico to attend the Chico Car Show today.

There are a lot of events planned in May, so perhaps I'll have the chance to meet you then.

I printed up the route and drove it this evening and it was a blast. I deleted highway 1 from my run, since I was nervous of cops. I ate at Alice's Restaraunt. BTW: I could not find a Texaco, even my GPS said there was a Texaco, but I only found a 76.
