Billy,

Not sure if you got what you were looking for. First off you can get a copy of the owners manual as a PDF from the Mini Owners Lounge site. You can access it through the main MINI USA site. You'll need your VIN#

I had the same curiosity and I could dig it up in my manual if you want. I recall you will see a specific Blue Tooth icon in the config menu or main menu under the musical note symbol (at least for the 07' MCS) . If you don't see it, you don't have it

I'm in the same boat

Don't wait for people to get off work before they can answer your question or anything.

There's a digital version of the owners manual for first generation cars available here: http://motoringfile.com/files/2003MINICooperCooperS.pdf
As for the Bluetooth you could try syncing your phone with the car, 05/06s with the MFSW will have the buttons no matter what but they don't do anything without the bluetooth adapter on the back of the stereo.
Sorry, I don't know anything about the factory auxillary fog lamps, if they're controlled by their own switch or just tap into the circiutry for the existing foglights, or how they're supposed to be wired.

Those "center of the grill fog lights" are known as driving lights and since I don't have them, I'm not sure but I thought they only come on when the high beam is activated, yes/no?
